No issues with USPS, But, if you don't do Priority with USPS, or 2nd Day (not sure what they call it) with UPS or FexEx, the box will prob end up on a boat and take a month plus to get there. Check UPS and FedEx to make sure they deliver to the address. USPS will deliver to an address or PO Box. Insure it and keep the tracking info. It's several additional transfers (unloading/ conveyor belt/ loading to a diff truck/ and depending on the destination island....another plane then truck before it gets to the PO.
This is not a negative. I lost one shipment but it vanished within the cont US. Just cover the bases since it goes through several extra transfers....

Check with the local police from what you read about Hawaii which is on the very far left side of the US paper clips and rubber bands may be illegal.
