Skout Everything Skout EVO and Epoch

Did a little Epoch tarting as i thought the added plenum which is a necessity as the FX bottle valve and the Lane reg need the space looked a bit naf, so found a spare bit of alloy tube and turned it up to fit, still not sure, but I think it's an improvement on the original, was going to use a bit of 40-50mm carbon, but I think this is better.

Have you tried it out yet? Certainly looks cool

So hard to find specs on my Epoch, I have no idea what existing plenum size is

Well so far there seems to be an improvement in the fps variation it will return stings of close 3 to 5 fps only to be spoilt by odd spurious fps of 10 to 15 which it has always had a tendency to do, I have a new HP reg on the way and will give this a try and hope it helps.

For the Skout Airguns, I’ve found that for pellets, where the pressure used for the HP is about 1500 psi, the addition of a 1st stage reg helps smooth things out. The reg should be set about 500 psi higher than your HP reg.
For a Skout shooting high power, like 40 grain slugs in .22 or 60 grain slugs in .25, the 1st stage reg just causes more issues than it solves. Most of the time you’ll be at about 2050 to 2500 psi, and the HP reg is happy going from 3600 down to 2500 psi by itself.
Just FYI from my experience.

Plenum at bottle has it UPSTREAM of HP regulator and doubtful it will do anything but add some HP tank volume ... Nothing for power etc ...
