Pump repair help

I have a cheap Chinese pump that worked pretty well until recently. The problem is that something happened and the pump doesn't work so well anymore. It's hard for me to explain exactly the issue but when I start pumping I feel tension when I push but I feel even more tension when I pull, respectively the pump stays in the middle position and doesn't move either up or down. I opened it, at first glance there was nothing wrong but I still replaced almost all the o-rings as I cleaned and reassembled it. The problem remained as before. Can anyone help with ideas?

Difficult pull stroke is a symptom of the final stage O-ring (tip of the small rod in the center of the pump). For longevity, use a 90 durometer instead of the more typical 70.
I changed the o-ring on the tip of the small rod in the center of the pump. It was in good condition but I replaced it anyway. I think the problem isn't there but thank you for the tip!

Try to locate a rebuild kit or start all over again. Could be time to consider upgrading to electric compressor.
I shoot in closed shooting range with other people and I can't run the compressor every two minutes because I'm using the Huben gk1 with tiny 85 cc tank. The other possible option for me is to use a large bottle for refill but that means I'll be limited to 300 bar, so hand pump is the best option for now.
