Pretty much the same for me. I may have my elbows on a table and steady my forearm on a bag but always I hold the gun with both hands. The only guns I don't hold in my hands are the LR or Varmint powder burners I shoot prone with bipods. Always mimic the guns intended purpose during practice. Shooting tiny groups on a rest won't help you at all in the field.Also the reason my springers are always rested on my hand, not off a bag. Use the same hold I’d use standing.
