N/A What’s your favorite springer?

True but I originally got them because I have a baby and I didn't want the lead dust all over since its actually a issue for children. There's a German study t h at tested for lead at a indoor airgun range and showed density from person to target. My kid would be crawling all over it in the garage. Since I found the one it shot good with i stuck with those.
Unless they came out with something new, the H&N copper, are still lead. Just copper plated. If you want lead free you need to shoot "lead free" pellets that are generally made of tin.

Diana 60 , FWB 300, HW 30, Diana 75

DIana's model 60 First of their double-piston, recoilless Giss-system rifles.
Amen to that. The classic barrel-cocking Giss Dianas are IMHO a vastly underrated and unique blend of old-skool build quality and utterly recoilless action. FABULOUSLY accurate, GREAT trigger, and topped off by true oil-finished stocks with some of the best-executed checkering I've ever seen.

Don't have a so called favorite...but the R8 is a nice rifle to shoot

I don't hunt anymore. I enjoy informal target shooting and spinnin' spinners at various ranges. I like a gun that's easy handling, effortless to cock and pleasant to shoot. My favorite springer? After years of never allowing myself to get pinned down on only one rifle, I'm finally ready to commit. My favorite springer is my Custom HW30 that my buddy, Dan sold to me.

Fabulous rifle - and coming from the guy who's probably shot, studied, and worked on more types of spring-piston rifles than anyone I know - a solid recommendation!

That's why the Diana 60 is my #1 favorite . operates just like an Hw50 but smoother cocking The Diana 75 is a side cocker loads like a TX200 .

Another vote for the venerable HW30 / R7. I am on the third Vortek spring and now my second Hawke Airmax 2-7x32 scope.

That's a beautiful combo. I have the same scope on my laminate 30 but it's not nearly as nice looking. I think that's the perfect sized scope for a 30. Mine's still on its first Scope and probably third Vortek spring. In all fairness, I have no idea how many tens of thousands of shots are through mine.

my FWB 127D and R7. I have a Leupold 1-4x on the R7 and Weaver 2.5-7 on the FWB . R7 has Vortek kit (700 fps w/ JSb 7.3) and the FWB has a JM tune with Everest spring ( 685fps w JSB 14.3 express) . Deadly accurate ,quiet fast loading ,whats not to like. Evenly matched to the R7 is my recently acquired HW30s in 22 cal with a Vortek kit .Using Remington Tech peep site it s launching jsb 13.4gr pellets at 545fps and the no Lead GTO Predator domes 11.9 at 600 fps.

About a month ago it would have been hard to choose between a HW80 or HW35, but.....

20250924_165020.jpg

.....this Brum Tommy has now taken the top spot.

Have given it a mild tune (opened TP to 3mm, made a guide set, running a Welsh Willy Dagda spring at 6N/mm) and out of all the springers I've ever owed, this is the most forgiving / least hold sensitive one to shoot of them all.

Anyway, its had a busy time plinking today.....time to oil it and put it to bed now.....off we go little fella.....'daddy loves you'

(Thats how good it is ) 😁

I don't know what half of that means, but boy that's a gorgeous rifle.

I caught the Hawke Airmax 2-7x32 and 4-12x40 on sale right around Christmas time. The price was so good a bought a couple of each. Love that lifetime Hawke warranty. I will fill out the forms on Hawke's website, get an RMA and send my broken scope back for a new one.

The BKL one inch droop mount really compliments the scope and keeps the scope right were it is mounted.

Zero it for 20 yards and everything is as good as new again.

The Falcon 7.33's are the bees knees in the HW30. Nice and tight with the 4.52 head size.
