We had absolutely wonderful weather, and five seasoned shooters came out to have fun. A little breeze did catch one or two of us out on the longer shots.... Robert Ray came over from near Memphis, but Bill still won the distance most traveled!
Brad had designed and 3D printed a new muzzle brake, and very kindly gave me some to try, I fitted one, and to be honest didn't re-zero my rifle, laziness on my part, but regardless, my rifle shot VERY well, many thanks Brad!!!!!
Danny was shooting well, as usual, unfortunately he had a problem with with his gun caddy, it decided to go for a walk by itself, and the subsequent crash caused his rifle to fall and hit the ground, something I dread, we all felt bad for him, as it then shot 2 inches off at 20 yards. He finished the course using Roberts gun, still a very good score. The good news is, after getting it home and looking it over it appears everything will be fine.
We have four matches left for the season, if you don't make it out, its literally your loss!!
God Bless
