Other Charging handle identification?? Custom gun, well (sort of)

Trying to fix a leak, gun has been sitting for a few years. Attempted to unscrew the charging handle, only to find out it was just a brass piece red lock tited over an already broken shaft. Doesn't want to unscrew. Tried heat, penetrating oil, right now I have a soldering iron on top of the broken bolt. If worst comes to worst I'm going to cut it off so I can remove it to access the valve. Anyone recognize the charging handle block? If I cut it I may have to find a replacement. It's .45 cal if you're wondering.

Any more information on what it could be or is based off of? I can't pull any ideas from the Pics. If it was my project I would cut off the remnants and drill it out carefully to try and discover threads, or just make parts.... That's just my brute force method for crosmans in this pickle.
I can see that the bolt goes all the way through. Im going to let it sit over night and see if I can get it to come out. If that don't work I'm going to cut the shaft off as close as possible so I can to the rest of the gun.
Thanks. FYI- Not sure what it's cobbled from?

That looks like a QB 78 or an ARplatform. From what I remember there’s an Allen key bolt threaded into the hammer that keeps it in the position. Did you by chance take that out already?
Yes, that bolt is already out. This charging handle goes all the way through. I think who ever assembled it used red loc tite. Then when it broke they used a brass cover red loc tited to the end of the broken shaft. I'm going to let it sit overnight with penetrating oil and try again tomorrow. If it still doesn't budge I'll cut it off with a Dremel so I can at least pull it out to access the valve.
