What are everyone's thoughts on the GX Filter?

Hot item and obviously designed after the filter on the original Carette Compressor that Joe B sold. Appears Joe used to sell the filter separately for $299 too. That would make this one selling at just $129 a steal if it is working for everyone. I posted my thoughts in the video below, but as always I would like to hear everyone's thoughts her on Airgun Nation.

I like it a lot. Having a low point drain is why I bought it. Nice that it comes with a quality fill hose and magnets. Draining the water out is a big advantage over the basic tube filter. Im running a tube filter after the gx to catch any additional water vapor but it has stayed dry.

I have been enjoying mine, I have filled a few guns from zero with it. Not sure if the reason it can do it is because it doesn't start to fill till it builds to 2000psi but I think it helps not need a tank for that needed burst of air but I will double check on that once I get a chance.

I can tell you that this a very important thing to add. Not complicated at all. Anything that dries air going into the gun is a good thing. Moisture under pressure becomes liquid. Drop the pressure and it evaporates. This will put moisture into places and cause corrosion in places the sun don’t shine. And when finally you have a problem it’s usually a big deal. Like rusted bolts or corroded threads. Pitting so O rings don’t seal. If you use the filter you don’t have a problem and question whether you needed it. When the air cylinder will not unscrew even with heat and soaking in oil you wish you used it.

also have filters on all my tank whips.
so far it has been great, i change the sediment every 20-25 hrs of use when humidity is above 68%
definitely inexpensive way to take care of your equipment its made very well ...
