Texan is 48" and the 9800 is 50" internal I would want at least 52" internal for a 48" rifle. Pelican V800 would be a better choice. Upvote 0

I don't believe that series Plano are TSA approved. Fine for home use or transporting local but not for air transport. Upvote 0
