The Fenix is going to have some huge competition in the Taipan Slash, IMO. I know power isn’t everything, but the Slash is putting out some serious numbers. I will like definitely purchase the Slash, not sure if I’ll get the Fenix.

As written in another post. When the power rises as much as they are now able to, the development of ammunition and barrels must follow. The Slash does almost 60 ft/Ibs in .177cal. Here heavy slugs and sharper twistratio must be improved. Otherwise all this power are wain.

I loved bullpups when they first came out but the design is dated for me. I prefer designs that focus on light weight that are high powered and accurate at long range. The L2 fits the bill but would like to see what is next.

If there's anything I've learned since I started this hobby, it is that airgun manufacturers are really bad at estimating deadlines, haha.

Wonder what the LOP is on the Fenix. From the photos, it’s hard to say if it will be comfortable for those with long appendages…

No idea ... only speculate something here doesn't match where they appear to have been released in the wild over there. Whatever makes the Leshiy 2 available here is not sorted out for the Fenix? I just gave up sometime back on the Fenix and moved on. Happens in relationships too.

I scrolled through the comments for a bit, and it seems the Fenix has been available in Russia for 6 months already. But it won't arrive in the west until the end of the year (more likely early next year).
Ed also mentions that a Fenix 2.0 is planned, which will come in .30 and 9mm.
Not to get political, but I fear that with the increasing tensions between Russia and the West it's likely gonna get more and more difficult to buy these products. Maybe I'm wrong, and Ed found a workaround... but you see the same trend in the firearm business.
