Vector Veyron vs. Hugo?

The Veyron 4-16 and 6-24 SFP are 25% at the A m zon. I bought 3 more this week.

Hugo? Never heard of it. I prefer SFP scopes too and have owned a ton of both and know to stay away from mongrel cheap scopes. Take a look at an Ahlon Heras series.

I've had 2 veyrons 6-24 ffp and both broke. Turrets suck and very dark glass to me. I will never own another vector of any sort

My SFP Vector Veyron 6-24 has been trouble free. It and my Sentinel 8-32 don't seem to adjust large moves when I move them between guns great, the Veyron is better. The Veyron glass is also notably better. But the Sentinel is the least expensive line, I think. I like the SFP 6-24 reticle. It is busy but gives lots of aim point options. The illuminated center dot is also a neat feature. The magnification of my Veyron 6-24 seems to be a bit less than the magnification of my Athlon Talos 6-24 and my Arken EPL-4 6-24. But I like it's size factor better and the locking exposed turrets are also a great feature. I might buy another.

The Hugo is just a lower tier vector scope most have a 1 in tube. Never owned one, They certainly are a good price for the features they offer.

i have a friend that has the Vector Hugo 6-24x50 on his CZ-452 and he likes it very much.
i tried it out but with my poor eyesight, it didnt do anything for me.
watching him take crows at 150+yrds with hyper-vels was very entertaining.

Just looked through my scope collection- (Very Large) & found a Mueller 30mm 8x32x44 SFP with fine crosshair dot. I bought it back in 2019 & never mounted it for some reason? I'm going to put it on my Uragan & see if I like it. I'm just wondering why they seem to have fallen out of favor? Was there a problem with these scopes, or their CS? Just went to their site & it seems they have no compact scopes I would be interested in.

Those are darn good scopes for 25 and 50 yd BR shooting. I have one mounted on my FWB300S and it works fine. While the clarity of the glass is not up to NF standards, all you have to do is focus on the center dot.

Sorry- I didn't mean to hijack the post. I should have started a separate one. Just wondered why you don't hear anything anymore about this brand. I also wonder where their glass comes from?

I've got a couple of Vector scopes, excellent for the money.
