A few years ago I came home to find a box on my doorstep
Not even on the porch.
But on the steps out in plain view to anyone walking by
It looked the right size to be an airgun, but I had not ordered one recently
The FEDEX label said signature required and one address had been crossed out and mine filled in
Inside that box was an FX hard case containing a brand new Wildcat
Tempted as I was to just stay quiet I called FEDEX and was told the shipper had issued an address change.
I called the shipper ( a major US dealer) and they had no clue.
My mom always wanted me to be a dentist (NOT!)
And here I was pulling teeth trying to return the Wildcat

just my 2 sents

My UPS driver will leave w/o signature because I told him it was ok as long as it was on deck by front door. My neighbors usually know whats going on if Im not home. I wouldnt trust Fed Ex to do it their drivers are just as likely to steal it, not their regular drivers but the contracted ones.
Also my driveway is 140 yds long and it would take some balls for anyone to come up in it to steal something especially if I come home and catch them in drive.

UPS in my city is abysmal. If you are notified it will be delivered late in the day it will not arrive that day. If that is a Thursday or Friday you probably won't see your package until Monday.

I am currently at 6 of the last 7 packages that were 1 or more days late. On day 2 for a barrel that was scheduled to be delivered Wednesday.
Ahh, try USPS and you will be lucky if 6 out of 7 aren't weeks late or months late. 1 day, you should smile in this day and age.
