Beeman R10 VS Beeman R1

I have had just about every model HW Springer , HW98 and HW77 are the exceptions. I have two left. An R9 and HW30. Power to weight ratios on both of those models seem to me to be the best balance for what I do with my springers. No bench shooting other than with a Diana 54 Airking as it’s just too heavy for field use. I did own an HW50 that I never should have gotten rid of as it could have replaced my detuned R9.
All of my HW springers get Macarri internals ( springs and seals) I make my own guides and top hats. I go real easy on the lube and stopped using the heavy tar mainly due to the cold winters here.
If I could only have one or were forced to go down to one Springer. The HW95/R9 would be the one I chose.

I have been thinning out the collection myself. Down to two left hand R1s , one of them is a 20 caliber that is laserized back in early nineties by Beeman, thank God I bought spares back then I have extra laser springs. Also have R1 that came in 177 but I put a 22 barrel on it. I believe the laserized R1 will be with me when I die. Have Santa Rosa R7 that looks like it just came out of the box, it will too. Little weak going to tune. Also have a safe Queen 20 caliber RX. Freaking artillery piece. That's the one I think I'm selling first. So accurate but I'm getting up there in years and lugging that damn thing around is just too much. Guess I need to put it on the market. Also a Weebly tomahawk UK model 22 cal mint condition muzzle brake has a scratch that's it no pressure dents or anything. 7.5lbs and plenty power,more than the R1 by 5lbs. I just can't seem to get rid of it. Decisions decisions. I guess keep the R7 and laserized R1. Fee Bay here I come

if I was in the US , I’d give you an offer for the RX. Sounds like you have some souls searching to do.
