N/A Cheapest option for groundhogs

Quietly starts getting expensive.
A lot of $150+ moderators on the market.
A few under $75, Reximex Silent Force if you can find one is pretty effective.

Gun
Low price: Niksan Ozark or Elf. Under $400 accurate and adjustable
Also Umarex Notos and Barra 250z

Bit higher price: AirForce Talon
Umarex Zelos
Reximex Throne 2

High price: for groundhog?
Thanks for the response. What would you recommend that is compact as well? I don’t mind spending a little more money if it’s worth it but also don’t like wasting money either lol.

I've been following this since beginning.. Just look a little closer (4)
Please allow me to explain: Was curious about whether he had someone hunt them or whether he purchased a rifle, trap or what.. June 19, seems like a long time if in fact he wanted them gone..
My interest is because I've got GH's and have killed some but still have more and I want them dead.. I know the damage they can do..
All the best..

Lots of good bullpup and carbine available

But im one of the heretics that doesn't believe you get that much more by spending more.

AGT makes some very well respected bullpup. Uragan, Vixen, Vulcan

Reximex Throne 2 is a good solid performer with most of the adjustment found on guns 3-4 times its cost. Meta Premium if you could find one.

Airforce Talon or Escape. Just simple and always work.

FX Wildcat or Dreamline.

It is probably less expensive than most to make a P35 or Bullshark quiet. Both come with baffles which are not bad, the Bullshark actually has well designed baffles and is surprisingly quiet for the small space they occupy in the shroud. My P35s are quieter, however, with an in shroud 3D printed moderator I got from a guy on GTA. He also has them for Bullsharks that screw onto the shroud and stick out a little. Either would add less than 2 inches length and be quiet. Or your could try the stock baffles and if they aren't quiet enough add a screw on moderator of your choice. The Bullshark comes with the adapter installed, DonnyFL offers one for the P35. I paid less than $20 for each of my printed moderators for my P35s.

Airforce CondorSS and TalonSS come with baffles too. Have for probably 20 years.

But they benefit from a moderator too. Not quiet enough for backyard without one.

The most reliable, easily maintained and modified platform. 4 orings all in the tophat. Need more power, longer barrel or heavy hammer. More shots, regulator with plenum.

Airforce Outlet has the .22 Condor for $412. No baffles like the SS so adapter and moderator are necessary.
