FX Help: FX M4 / Macro Adjuster I can't return it to original position

They can skip from 16 to 1, or mind does and doesn't break. It's a spiral shape that preloads your micro. Maybe the dentent ball became stuck. Take the screw for the wheel off.... Carefully and see if it's just bound up. Mine did this when I first got it but it's an m3 an so have a way less cool looking wheel, but mines the same setting count.
