Which falx (or other mod) for .25 gk1

Hello Everyone,

I've been looking at buying a mod for my recently acquired gk1. Performance is going to be my top requirement, followed by size (pref. not huge), with aesthetic coming in last. So far I have landed on the sto falx. My question for everyone is what are your experience with mods for the gk1 and what is everyone running on theirs. Also for those that are running the falx with their gk1 which core did you opt for?

I run a impulse air 1200 on my gk1 22 shorty and a impulse air 1350 on my gk1 25 carbine. The impulse work really well on the gk1 but you might not be able to use irons with them. I run a red dot on the pistol and scope on the carbine so it's not an issue for me. Good luck on your way down the rabbit hole 😆.

Thanks for the response, I am deep in the rabbit hole by now 😂 . I will definitely say those impulse air mods are super sharp looking. A little bit on the pricy side compared to some of the others I've been looking at but I get the appeal with them and I'm not ruling them out yet. Just out of curiosity have you tried the falx out, and if so how would you compare the falx and the impulse airs in regard to sound level?

I've been using an Impulse Air 1350 too on my GK1. It is a very effective moderator for this platform. It takes 40 fpe down to a pretty soft plunk plunk sound.
STO makes very moderators as well, but I think the diameter is a bit wide for the GK1.

That's a good point, I didn't realize the falx was ad wide as it it. With the 1350 are you running the same caliber as your gk1? I'm reading about how some people opt to ordering the next caliber up with some mods.
