What did you do airgun related today.

Put Huma power tune plenum and regulator (set 150 bar) in my .25 cal Bullshark yesterday evening. H&N 30.84gn Baracuda's 796fps hammer spring all the way in. Went to range today and they don't shoot for s**t with any hammer spring setting. Obviously gun just doesn't like the pellets. Unfortunately only one's on hand at the moment. Good enough for plinking my 15yd spinner the my window though so they won't be wasted.

After nearly a year I got out a break barrel rifle and pistol and my recently aquired Crosman 2240. Made some decent groups at 10 meters with all 3 and ended the useful life of several Gallon size water jugs.i really haven’t just shot for fun much this year and none this summer so it was fun to get back to it. Competition starts in September and looking forward to that.

Animals like squirrels don’t technically steal, they will however forage what’s available As it’s a biological imperative For survival.

I also shot an biological imperative minded squirrel off my bird feeder . Tring for # 2 in a bit .

Was shooting groups this evening being mindful of the fawns running around when I heard a warning stomp behind me. One of the local does (Maggie) was spooked by something by the garden.

Thinking it might be someone poking around went to check.

The funny thing was that Maggie, who usually likes to keep a 20 foot minimum distance, ran over to hide behind me - close enough to touch!

The deer feel secure on my property and they are comfortable around me, seems that they trust that I will defend them as well. Guess that they are right about that.

Cheers!

Got my new Theoben MFR in the house.... but sadly when I opened the box the stock was busted! Right at the wrist!

The seller, here on the forums has been very helpful and very willing to help. Already have a local guy that makes cusom stocks that will look at it for me. Should be a simple fix honestly, but will find out tomorrow.

This rifle is awesome..... shot a few mags through it and the rifle is quiet! The shroud on the end is really something!

Thanks for the kind words...
Good chance of rain today and even though it's under shelter I don't like to expose my shooting equipment to all that moisture in the air. It's already bad enough that we have everyday high levels of humidity here in lower Alabama without adding rain.
I'd like to get my .25 Avenger with the Buck Rail Tactical kit out and do some shooting from the new bench but we'll have to see what the weather does.
Might just hang out in the climate controlled shop and tinker with the DLX Windows software for the Pro Chrono instead. I can open the shooting window and keep most of that moisture out.
BTW... I only run my compressors in the climate controlled shop and have yet to see any signs of moisture in any of my guns that I've checked.
