AERON B96 5-Shot Magazines ?

you are at a dead end
you got 1 one shot mag and 1 five shot mag in the case so there would be none from working guns
the mags at magic are a prefect copy but to thing happen there he stopped shipping to the states because litigation reason, as we in the states like to sue people, never understood that and he move on to firearms or whatever
now i have been thinking even this week to ask Maple Custom Products if he would be interested in making 3D printed mags
he makes them for Steyr but have yet
tell me do you have any

Thanks for the input Marflow - I have neither the 5-shot clip nor the single-tray. Too bad Magic could not continue to offer the copies along with a liability disclaimer (or similar) to be signed by the buyer to relieve Magic from any and all liability; I know I would readily sign such a form.

So, from what I understand, I am dead in the water ... or at least the B96 is. lol.

so are you the person that bought the pistol was it on Eaby or Gun Broker, i saw that and said to myself, someone is going to be screwed
so the next question will it hold air
i did try to contact Maple on their site but the message would not go through so i went to their Ebay store and sent a message but have not heard back going through Ebay is tricky
i believe he has posted on this forum and i would have to look for that post and PM him
are you dead in the water well lets say you are waiting for help
personal message me so we can say in contact
Mike

It's gone? No, I am not that person; thought about it but first wanted to check mag availability and now I am glad I didnt. To me it was way over-priced for a non-shooter absent both the magazine and tray. Thanks Mike - I will reach out you via DM but Im new to posting and having a bit of issues navigating this site. Actually, I don't think I can direct message you since I do not have the required minimum number of postings (?).

yes i saw that gun the seller was, lets say, out of his mind on the price
if the buyer had a pistol already and was setup, he could use it as a spare or parts gun
the mags for the B96 are different from the say the Steyr mags
the B96 uses a tray moves the mags along and the Steyr as far as i know moves the mags along from the bottom of the mag, so the mags have to be able to take that constant wear
there has been some B96 come up for sale and most are the stupid price range
i would say look at your budget and triple it if you what a target pistol
the reasoning
if you own the pistol for 10 to 15 years and divide the cost of say 500.00 to 1500.00 it is really a small amount over the time of ownership and even than the gun will be worth X amount as you move on or move up
many of us buy because we can, some buy because that is all they can afford, and over time they sell and buy just to get what they wanted in the first place and at that point how much have they lost

i will save this thread
take care Mike

Hope this can help you. The dimensions are metric.
Unfortunately, I don't have an isometric drawing, but google images of the magazine and you'll see better what it looks like at the ends with angles and small details.

Helmet - Thank you so much for the drawing and info. I will keep this for future use. I had been thinking about the B96 but after reading a bit more, I am holding off for now. But once again, thank yo so much for the info.

i had emailed Maple min Canada but no answer and talk to another 3D printer and he said he was not really interested and i understood
now the Mags are almost 7mm square and wonder why they are just that
and then you measure up Magic Nine Designs mags and they are all under 7mm on the sides but work fine
both are the same in width but not in height
pellet holes are bigger on the MND
