Vevor water cooled, looks like a GX CS4 clone...

I see that Vevor now has a water cooled model that looks and sounds very much like a GX CS4, but for about half the price. Has anyone tried this one?

Vevor has decent stuff i have an air cooled shoebox compressor that still works fine. They just came out with a twin cylinder shoebox compressor. Its twice as fast as the single cylinder. There's a youtube video.

I'm always curious about these types of things, but the problem is that it's almost impossible to see the insides.

Like you, I am wondering if it is a CS4 clone, or maybe a New Warrior like this?

These are a Yong Heng clone that seems to work very well, but not like the CS4.

It is definitely NOT like a cs4 at all, GX has exclusive design and patent. Vevor cannot legally copy it, here or in China.
Maybe not exactly like a CS4, but the feature list sounds pretty close. Probably designed just different enough to avoid any rights or patents, but it's the same basic idea.

Both have combined air and water cooling, a 350W motor, auto-shutoff, a 1 year warranty, and are very close to the same size and style.
Vevor has a built-in internal inverter, while the CS4's is external.
Vevor states 3 hour continuous run rating, while CS4 says 5 hours.
Vevor 4500psi, CS4 5800psi.
Vevor has a temp gauge, CS4 has none.
Vevor weight is 23 lbs, CS4 is 29.

No internal filter
No grease pot
Cs4-i has an internal inverter
No over temp safety shut off (at least not mentioned) vs having to watch a temp gauge.
I would imagine there are other significant differences as well.

Maybe someone will buy one and pop the cover off...
