Results Brush Prarie Washington Field Target match 8/2/25

What a terrific turn-out. Thank you all for coming. The weather was perfect. Thanks to Rod's and Richards painting skills, the target boxes showed up nicely on our tree shaded course. Beverly and Joe did wonders in cleaning up and re-painting the targets. We also need to thanks Clark Rifles for purchasing the new umbrellas for us. The scores shot at this match reflected these improvements. Congratulations to all of you! Attached find the score sheet.

And don't forget our very first air gun metallic silhouette match to be held on range 2 at 10AM on Saturday August 23rd. This will be a practice match to test your interest in the challenging game of silhouette. Shooters will have the option of the traditional off-hand shooting stance or the less demanding seated position, shooting with bi-pods.

Yep. There's several new guys this season and their scores have improved as the season progressed...and they got nicer equipment.
Clark Rifles is trying to get a airgun Silhouette match on the regular schedule. First match is August 23rd. It is conflicting with Tacoma TRRC Field Target match so, I'm trying to see if TRRC can move FT match to Sunday the 24th.

I had gotten a new sleeve of 8.4 pellets and they fit tight in the TX200. I measured them and they're more 4.53 even though the tins are 4.52, so my point of impact shifted a bit and it cost me some hits. It was still fun!
