What might be next for Taipan?

With their Veteran 2 ADF version with the handle adjustment. This gun should rock for a while. The Slash is an innovative Idea that has yet to have it's limits totally vetted, but there is much promise. My question is what do they try next? I'm thinking the next logical choice is a standard side lever repeater while incorporating the more powerful valving system the slash uses. Keep the usual CZ unchoked 1/17.7 twist barrel, with the stronger valving a 550mm barrel can generate enough power for slugs so as to be able to keep OAL from becoming too long. Also incorporate 30 cal option. Magazines can be flexible like the regular wheel mags of the vet 2 or spring load type as many others are, preferably all metal like epic or BRK. What do you think? Any other ideas? Don't say price, because a quality gun with these features with typical Taipan quality, will be up there.

Semi-auto that is accurate with easy caliber change. Worked for me with fire breathers and same road I see with air puffers. That lego black tactical stuff ... well, just works for easy of operation and accuracy. I'd try the Slash but its the 😶 Full auto has its place too, but don't care enough to debate the merits here. Provide options for both slug and or pellet fans. Don't know about electronics in the platforms, no fan as of yet. Peace out.

IMO Taipan still hasn't topped the Ukraine Veteran compact.
I feel fortunate to own three of them.
Only thing I'd change would be to include a 1/2 UNF adapter instead of having to buy one separately.
You have two too many, maybe I can talk you out of one someday. ;) Yeah, that one was a great intro into my venture into PCP's and I miss it.

Hope your right! Look at what I just had delivered to my door!

Make a .177, in traditional form and they'd have a fairly viable field target option.

Could even keep the action of the Vet1, but dropped into a traditional stock, and it'd be fine.

Problem is how much harder it is to be steady with a bull pup, versus with a longer gun.

It's the only reason I haven't bought one.

Oh heck yeah!
Gotta love it when a short brown box shows up
Looks like a Ukraine model. What caliber?
Yep, Ukrainian. 22...just took it out of the shipping box, and just now came in from first shoot. Miserable conditions...hot humid...just rained than the sun came out...such was my resolve to try this sweetheart out. Gusty winds from area tstorms so no precision groups yet...running at 860 with 18s. Darn trigger weight increases when set at 74* in AC than heated to 95* during the shoot...drives me nuts...unusual problem...all my Vets do it in this Florida heat, and I set 'em light inside the AC. More about this one in the near future...
