Its the firefeild 1.5 x 5 but I didn't really like it it only looks good on the gun. What scope is that
Oh OK. Lol. I went to Walmart and got a Simmons 5 moa red dot and it works perfect. Right now I have it sighted in at 50yds with the 310 Mr hollowpoint and it's dead accurate. I'm thinking about sighting to 70 but idk yet.Its the firefeild 1.5 x 5 but I didn't really like it it only looks good on the gun.![]()
I can't wait to get a Slash!!! I'm thinking about one in .25.I currently own 2 megs. I was finally able to get the 15 inch barrel version as well. Took them long enough to arrive here.
These guns are so much fun! Probably my favourite airguns together with the GK1. So much so that I sold all my other PCPs, haha. Im currently saving up for the Taipan Slash to "complete" the collection.
In reality you don't need a bigger caliber, just more velocity. You are 100 percent right it would. I'm in upstate NY so maybe a bit bigger Texas not much Doe 100-150 Bucks get 150-200lbs dressed no problem After quite a bit of testing personally. A texan or something with a long barrel/ more power. Has a better chance of full pass thru as well as some expansion. Just what I'd prefer. The megalodon or something similar would do fine to though
I got a .58 megalodon now so 335 grain at 820fps or 455 at 740fps. Big and slower power lolIn reality you don't need a bigger caliber, just more velocity.
Let's say we start with a smaller caliber (30) and a 150gr boat tail slug with a semi-F-N with that said do you believe it's possible to create more than 455 fpe? Big and heavy dosen't always mean more power. Some time it takes velocity and weight together.I got a .58 megalodon now so 335 grain at 820fps or 455 at 740fps. Big and slower power lol
Of course. not sure what your getting at . 30cal 150 grain at 1200 is pushing it for an airgun. But High velocity and lightweight will make tons of power.. Just like a lot of firearms but i'd probably use a firearm at that point ,I'm sure it'd be just as loud but better for long distance. This way makes a huge hole and easy to supress. Doesn't make it any less impressive. There are benefits to both.Let's say we start with a smaller caliber (30) and a 150gr boat tail slug with a semi-F-N with that said do you believe it's possible to create more than 455 fpe? That's pretty much what I meant there. The texan was a smaller or the same caliber Pushing faster velocity. Either way worksIn reality you don't need a bigger caliber, just more velocity.
I was trying a new valve, lol i wont leave it here, i want it tuned for 990 fps, just thought i would show it,Of course. not sure what your getting at . 30cal 150 grain at 1200 is pushing it for an airgun. Thank you, I was shocked at the very least but, velocity will be at 980-990 fps where a barrel twist of 1:14 calls for. That's insane. What a beast![]()
Man a 335 at 820 or 455 at 740 will.put a stupid hole in a deer. In Florida we use a gauntlet sl30 for deer and droppin em.In reality you don't need a bigger caliber, just more velocity.
