FX Is the Panthera right for me

So...yeah, I am thinking about new airgun.
My current setup is Airmaks Katran L, 280 ccm of air, shooting 18.1 gr at around 890 fps.
I am looking at Panthera 600. A bit longer barrel, bit more air capacity. My main concern is, that I am planning to shoot 18.1 gr, possibly 20.8 gr pellets at ,,normal,, pellet speed. Can I get around 90 shot on one fill?
I did a lot of reading of older threads. Some folks had good luck tuning Panthera to lower power setting, with good ES and SD and reasonable shot count. All the info is older.

So, long story short: is it a good choice for my use? Is the super low tune (like 85 bar regulator) a good way. Or just should I look at something else, maybe Leopard.

I get a crazy number of shots with my impact 600mm standard .22 over (200) and over 48 from my wildcat compact tube .22 both max fill on reg. Great consistency too. FX says 80 shots on the 600mm panthera @900fps.

surely you could get that with the double bottle?

I really like my .22/700mm Panthera as a bench rifle, it's accurate, consistent and stable.

I also have a .22/700mm Impact (MK2) that's been a great performer for bench and general shooting. As a bullpup, the Impact is more versatile and I'm very happy with it.

I commented about my experience with the Impact because you mentioned the Leopard which is a similar, more modern design that incorporates a lot of new and improved features. I think that the Leopard is a very interesting design that has a lot of potential and you might want to look at it closely. I did and have a .22/700mm Leopard (bottle version) on order with plans to use it primarily as a bench rifle (for pellets). 🙂

Cheers!

@wimpanzee Double bottle is not something that I want to do. At that point, I can go with something like Crown. I quite like the aesthetic of Panthera.
@coastal drifter Thank you for the numbers, Impact could be also a candidate....I just can't stand bullpup design. Impact is really the only bullpup that has some nice lines, IMO.

Just saw this... just wanted say that the Crown is an awesome all-around PCP. My favorite airgun! Was shooting it this morning.
