I grabbed my old, 1970 Diana model 35 out of the safe last night and sat down at the bench with it for a while. I couldn't get it to stay on zero no matter what I tried. I was beginning to think that the cheap, CVLife scope had bit the dust, but I ran it over the chrono just to satisfy my curiosity. I think I've found the problem.
Just check out the chrono string below. Look at that velocity spread! Pretty sure it's got a broken mainspring along with a bad piston seal. She's goin' on the bench soon. Possibly as soon as tomorrow.
