Went to fill it up today. Noticed a leak from the lower tube at the “cap”. Not sure if the cap is loose or if it is a fixed part of the gun. Any ideas would be great.
That’s the easy part. I actually have 2 leaks from the lower tube. Hoping some new o rings will fix it.You'll need to evacuate all the pressure from the gun before you can remove the cap. Once the load is off the threads, it will be much easier to remove. But more importantly, safe to remove.
I did not have that. Thank you very much! For small quantities of O-rings, most people appear to use theoringstore, present company included.
Here's the exploded drawings in case you didn't have it already.

I have the same problem. The cap is super tight. Did you have to use heat to get the cap off? Was Loctite used when the factory assembled the gun?Went to fill it up today. I know this thread is old, but many like me have 5 year old avengers prime to start leaking. The plug where the fill valve is takes a 20 mm wrench. The air tube end caps take 24 mm. All are difficult to remove. Yes, they had thread lock. Had to put in vice (use rubber or jaw covers) and use heat.I have the same problem. The cap is super tight.
