hi every one i got a leak from the best fittings reg tester the reg fits fine and perfect in the reg tester its just that the o ring supplyied by best fittings ( the one that comes with it) dosent seal the air i need a thicker o ring to be able to do for for reg tester with my raw tm1000 regulator..... the non x verson of the gun pre airforce gun ill incluse a pic and doens any one know what size of o ring ill need thats all im looking for is where to get or proper o ring for proper seal... thanks guys in advance

For a Rapid that use 1"bspp threads....015
Here is the tester I use....made from Stainless by Dr Bob...
I/4" 3/8"bspp on one end and 1/8bspp on the other.
It uses your tanks gauge and bleeder valve.....

nice but im not buying any thing else to test my reg pressure all i need is a proper size o ring for my best fittings testerFor a Rapid that use 1/4"bspp threads....015

Just buy a $5 metric Buna o-ring kit from harbor freight .. or some equivalent.
Having misc o-rings around is priceless !!!

O-ring..#015....For Theoben Regs....and early RAW regs that are ..3/8" BSPP(MY mistake..not 1//4"bspp)

my raw is a tm1000 non x pre martin sell off , my reg fits to the best fittings just fine but that o ring on my reg wont seal in the best fittings reg tester so no my reag is not getting sealed in the tester.............

Well have try the usual maintenance steps in stopping a Leak?
Check both sealing surfaces on the Reg and tester are clean, free of dried Lube.
Check your O-ring for cracks and flat spots...or just try a new one..
Last, are you lubing your O-ring with silicone grease or Molykote33??
Lubing helps the O-ring conform and slide to help form a good seal.

Let me ask you a question aside from the leak you have: doesn’t the original Theoben regulator require the V-shaped piece slid over it for filling the bottle and the pressure gauge of it? If so, there will be an air leak if you don’t use it on the tester, right?

if you take a look at the pic. where would it slide on between the reg and the reg tester..... thats where the leak is too and not between the reg tester and the buddy bottle
