DNT Zulus 5-20 V2?

I cannot believe that it will rival good glass at 100 yards. I mean I guess they could be comparing at 1X. Zoomed in, I don’t see it possible that digital zoom could be near good glass.
No way it will. I have a v1 and love it for hunting, almost too easy with it… that said, I catch myself thinking “ain’t no glass tho…” whenever I use it. The v2 would have to be lightyears ahead of the v1 to change that…

V2 still HD right not 4k? I have the old Sightmark Wraith HD and just got a mini Wraith 4k and the 4k image is a improvement over the HD...

It seems the zulus V1 and Wraith 4K have the same resolution for the cmos sensor, 3840x2160
However the Wraith 4K and 4K mini have a screen resolution of 1280x720 where the Zulus screen is 1920x1080.
This is supposed to be the V1 Zulus and the only thing I've found is they may have changed the glass in the V2 zulus.
EDIT: I tried calling DNT to see if they can answer some questions about the V2, but it always goes to a VM.
I have tried calling them about 10 times in the past and have never gotten anywhere.
Arken used to answer the phone (when I have called them)

I'm seriously interested on only a few things, recording, 100 yard detail in the daylight and can it handle contrast? Besides punching paper, I put lead into ground squirrels and it'd help if I can see them. My Zulus just washes out, works great at night but I don't do nights, just after a decent range finding scope, getting lazy I guess. My current optics are Arken's.
