HW/Weihrauch Beeman 77 MK1 ball detent fixed

That's cool, Ron. You know I would have had to make my own, right?
Should be a Weihrauch recall bulletin?
Thought about you lately, waiting to hear how you made out.
And while replacing the clutch slave and master cylinder on my son's German car. Jetta.
Shifts a little funny, 3rd and 4th. I'll replace the gear lube for him.
Nash reinstalling the clutch pedal assembly ....

That's a good kid!

Don't you just stick the spring/ball bearing back in and peen the casting to retain the ball? Someone said it's good to be gentle when closing the cocking lever?
Only front sight hood I've ever seen! Was that originally supplied on the early HW77?
Specie, I have an early SN HW77 and it doesn’t have the hood. Maybe it was something on the Beemans?

Great fix Ron, thanks for posting. Going to order a couple for future reference. Shot mine today for the first time in forever and the lever fell out after firing. Turns out the whole front sight assembly is loose and will slide forward. Gotta see what that’s all about before I shoot it again.
