Wasn't his day. 65y .177 uragan 2 shooting 15gt Take Aim HPBT slug at 1011.641fps. Into the mouth head-on orientation. Traveled through the thoracic cavity and stopped in his pelvis just his left of the spine.

Both about 38yds
Couldn't really get out walking around because I screwed up my shoulder, could barely carry the gun so just went to the range. Once in awhile you get lucky and a jackrabbit will come around but no such luck today, just a bunch of lizards runnin around.

I gotta say I love shooting this Pulsar, grouping under 1/4" at 50 yards...headshots on lizards consistently at 50+ yards and these are small lizards too...not the giants that @JaceSpace1369 is out culling lol.

Another one for the stew!!
I added the pics not to be gross but show the slugs performance. You can see the small .177 hole in the 1st picture where it entered and 2nd picture the exit which is quite a bit larger so it did expand quite a bit. The 3rd pic was in between the entrance and exit wounds, totally scrambled and the actual skull was just pieces, totally shattered.
Still surprises me how much damage this little .177 can do, I'm used to hunting with the .30

This is by far my most gruesome kill with an air rifle… got him in the back of the head from 30-35y… I was on a little hill slightly above him so the slug when in and obviously the expansion was excellent on the way out…

This little guy has been raiding my strawberries. Saw.him Thursday. I scared him off and placed fox scent round the patch. Friday I decide to scare the piss out of him and shoot a 40gr to impact the post behind him. Runs off. About 20min ago he comes back.. sorry bud. I leave out ample food for you. Wasn't enough.
