Parallax wheel mounted on the elevation turret?

Khales has several models like that. Be ready to fork over $2,000+ for one though, they’re a premium/“tier 1” brand!

Edit: nevermind, I misunderstood. I thought OP was asking for a scope where the parallax adjustment was located on the elevation turret. Instead, they’re asking about using a parallax wheel on the elevation turret for easier adjustments to the elevation. My bad!

Stupid question #324 for today. Does anyone mount a parallax wheel on the elevation turret? Seems like it would be useful there for quick elevation/distance changes, or do you zero at 30yds then milldot your elevation changes that way?
I use the elevation turret caps that are sold here. They are very useful once you learn how to make a turret tape using your favorite ballistic program.

Here is a photo showing one of mine “in action”.

This is the reticle of a Russian PSO-1 type range finding scout scope.

Each ^ (chevron) is a scope zero point for a specific distance with a corresponding elevation turret setting.

Find the range to target using the horizontal crosshair or curved range determination lines. Place the correct ^ on the target and select the corresponding elevation turret setting for that ^, shade for wind, and send it.

The Russian Sharp Shooter who's Kalashnikov SV-99 I had the privilege to shoot had her ^ dope on a wheel mounted to the elevation turret.

The ^ on her scope were BDC for civilian 5.6 mm not Warsaw 7.62.
