I have reviewed the bulk of the catalog and glean that while a few of the offered fittings are for 1/8" OD Tubing, most start at 1/4" OD Tubing.
The MIP x VCR Tubing adapter cannot be used with the retainer gaskets, the smallest size for that application appears to be 1/4".
It also appears that a coupling would need to be installed directly at the MIP x VCR adapter, for which there is no room in the small space of the box cover. The current tubing has a 'U'-turn bend in it to miss the cover.
Looking at perhaps a 90° MIP x VCR Tubing fitting, may or may not fit into the space needed, I'm doubtful that it will, especially at the main air block, there simply is no room for an elbow, only a straight adapter will work.
I am awaiting an answer from Parker Hannifin on their edition of a fitting that may work.
This is the current tubing configuration....

The OP’s parts are not the Swagelok VCR fitting. I welded hundreds of VCR fitting to tubing with an orbital welders when I worked at Swagelok. The VCR is a very unique fitting that entails using two VCR’s facing each other but with a metal gasket between the faces. It is also a very costly fitting.

I used to use 1/8” fittings on my scuba flow bench. I am assuming your booster goes to at least 4,500 to maybe 5,000 psi.
Go McMaster Carr and search 1/8” Yor-Lok fittings. You will find 1/8 tube to 1/8” NPT fittings. They are rated for 6,000psi for stainless and 6,800 for steel. Considering they see moisture, I would select Stainless Steel. They ain’t cheap but I don’t think you’ll need many.

Thank you for the input!I initially had the Yor-Lok fittings in my Shoebox spreadsheet as I had found them as you stated, on the McMaster-Carr site. (Much of the parts for the Boxes are from McMaster-Carr, so it makes sense from a purchasing point, I suppose.)
However, they are not the same fittings as the OP, which seem to be a swaged fitting, likely using a hydraulic swaging tool (?).
There were a few iterations of fittings on the Shoeboxes as they went through the 'Betas' to the F-8/10 models. The F-8 is the one that I have and include the OP fittings.
Yes, the Box will easily go to 4,500PSI, that the auto-shut-off rate too.
I'll head back to McMaster-Carr and check the Yor-Loks out more closely.
Sounds like your experience is hugely valuable in locating this sort of fitting (that's why I'm asking on AGN, HUGE knowledge base). While I have used many fittings in my career, (Swagelok in particular) I never ran across the swaged 'Barrel-Style' fittings per the OP.

Is there any reason you couldn’t replace those lines with flexible micro bore lines, and adapt to a more common series of connectors?
I’m sure Airtanks Plus can make up custom lines.

Good idea and I thought of that as I was perusing through some of the hydraulic fittings. It's very small it 1/8" OD, so not sure that a standard whip wouldn't work. There is vibration, of course, but I don't think that'd be an issue (?).rcs9250
Yep, I'd love to know where it was found for the connections too. It's a very simple connection as the O-Ring is the actual seal as it butts up to the interior of the adapter fitting on the block. The threads on the straight-side just put enough pressure on the O-Ring for that seal. Obviously, it can be reused over and over, many times by replacing the O-Ring only.As always, thanks to everyone for their suggestions and ideas in my odyssey.

If anyone benefits from this thread, all the better for us Box owners.
I will continue to locate a 'standard' that can be used for every iteration of the Boxes and add it to my spreadsheet for any future parts/fixes.
It is pretty complete already, but these sorts of parts are tough to discover without manufacture, or part names.
In reality, the only parts that I am positive are not an off-the-shelf item, but custom parts, are in the spreadsheet already, even the Yor-Lok that rcs9250 recommended.
BTW, I have ordered one of each size Yor-Lok fittings from McMaster-Carr to see if they work well enough for Box users, and will of course, report back here.
