First time posting, lurking for a few years

I need to "pace" my questions to qualify for the 10 post rule. I want to add to the stable and I am looking at the classifieds.

I have many powder burning benchrest guns and I want to have a very accurate air gun. I seem to like .25 cal. My first PCP was a Marauder. I have a Hatsan blitz for full auto blasting, A Diana Chaser for shooting sparrows up to 25 yards (I added the regulator to it). My most recent is an Aveng-X for shooting birds off my Purple Martin housing at 50 yards plus! Yes, I only shoot the invasive Starling and House Sparrow..... We do have MILLIONS of blackbirds. I have seen flocks flying over that stretched for 5 miles and 200 yards wide. If one gets accidently shot, they will not go extinct.

So, I apologize in advance for my future posts with only one question at a time....

Hopefully there invasive not beneficial or song birds your shooting .. birds are having a hard enough time and populations are low .
I only kill invasive birds. House Sparrows and Starlings. I have Purple Martins. Our goal is to eliminate the invasive birds since they are the worst thing for martins.

Yes... I "thought" airguns would be less complicated that powder burners.....Then I met the O-RING.
And DOWN the rabbit hole you'll go !!!

When you self produce all required to launch a pellet and all the mechanics / pneumatics involved it becomes a LOT MORE complicated to a powder burner.
