PSI or air fluctuations on the gauge

Temperature will definitely have an impact on the pressure in your air tank. I try hard not to ever leave my airguns in my truck or anywhere else that they might get too warm. I also don’t trust my fellow man enough to not relieve me of ownership should they see rifle cases in my truck.

Day to day or hour to hour if the temperature changes enough. Just the other day I had my regulator pressure drop on me just bringing my rifle outside on an abnormally hot day. It was 87⁰ outside at 830 am in the shade and I store my guns in my basement at 67⁰. The first thing that happened was my scope glass fogged up when i opened my gun case. I then shot five decent 5 shot groups. Then started to notice poi changing on group # 6-8. I looked and the regulator psi had dropped by 10+ bar. I turned it back to where it was supposed to be and got back on track for a while. Next time out shooting I'm going to acclimate the rifle ahead of time, but it will still need adjustments depending on temperature fluctuations
