Hello AGN'ers!

I have been searching to find a vendor that sells these depicted fittings.

Near as I can tell, the left fitting has a 1/8" BSP, parallel thread that encapsulates the small 'barrel' looking part that is apparently swaged or crimped onto the 1/8" O.D. tubing (likely requiring a specialized tool?). Then is has a black-colored spacer with a 1/8" O-Ring to make it airtight.
It connects to the fitting on the right; the Female threads appear to match the 1/8" BSP parallel threads but are 1/4" MIP on the far-right side. The interior on the BSP side has a small recess for the O-Ring to sit in.
All is of stainless-steel material and is for HPA. The thumbnail picture can be enlarged if clicked on.
It's a complicated bit of kit!

Anyone....anyone....Bueller....anyone???

You are correct, and I have bought extra tubing and fittings from OCO Labs. Problem is that they were EXTREMELY expensive, so I am on the hunt for the same parts to direct buy.

I believe that you are correct, but trying to find something without knowing the name is next to impossible. I come from a plumbing trade background and have been exposed to (what I thought) many types of fittings and how they are assembled. I have NEVER seen anything like these parts, similar but not the same.

Alan!

While that is a great idea, it's my belief that since OCO Labs is making similar compressors for medical applications, they are in business to make money.
Selling these parts is something that I think they want to do. Problem is they cost a LOT for Shoebox users to purchase.
Been there.
Although not out of the question if someone is friends with Mr. Kaye to ask, but I don't think that it's likely to come to fruition.

Tony, thank you (as well as others) for the interest in solving my inquiry.
These particular fittings are actually made to take apart many times in order to access the cylinders for rebuilding purposes.
While I know Swagelok well, great product lines, I did contact them. They have never seen a fitting such as depicted.
The compression style fittings would work, but on a limited basis as they are not conducive to taking apart and reassembling multiple times.

The last time I visited the OCO Labs site, they were trying to do some updates on the parts pages. Maybe they ran into trouble?
The site still shows "If you need help with questions or spare parts now, please contact [email protected]", so it seems that 'talking' to someone is the best bet.
Zack is the contact there, at least the last time I asked parts questions.
You are correct, however. If OCO Labs is out, then we have NO contact with Kaye at all. That would be a drag!!
