GX cs4 cs4-i duty cycle update from Manufacturer

I don't know if he ever blead out the factory one, if not, high temps would definitely occur.

You can actually feel the air blowing out warmer at the bottom and cooler at the top when there is air trapped in the radiator.
Mine never actually over heated, but it was definitely riding the ridge. I for sure burped all the air out. I have used it quite a bit since I added the external radiator and fan. Filled an empty 30 minute scba tank to 4500 psi and topped off another from 2700. And topped off a 3000 psi scuba tank from 2200 psi. No breaks, I didn't pay attention to how long it took, but it was hours and the temp never got out of 90s°f. So far so good.

The compressors have handled the larger tanks for over 2 years now.

I wouldn't be to concerned about it.

If the water is filled correctly and no air pockets these compressors really do not get that hot.

When I test them, they are ran close to a constant 3800psi for at least 20 minutes and in that time they really stabilize their temps.

My only guess is the airsoft crowd doesn't like the fill speed... they buy a lot of these, and other compressors. They will take their large tanks down to a couple hundred pounds before a refill. The K5-1 or 2 would make much more sense for them.
Thank you for the info!
