Benjamin does a hammer kit help much for a Benjamin Marauder ?

What worked for me was the Hill hammer and his light hammer spring. It really didn't make it smoother to cock because it stacks at the end of the cocking stroke due to it being a shorter stiffer spring. But it eliminated the hammer bounce and gave me a 100+ shot count for plinking.

Plenum space is your enemy with that gun because there is none realistically. The gun was obviously not built for what you wanted it to do. Adding a Hammer is not gonna take care of your situation whatsoever.
The easiest way? Turn down the velocity. If you don’t wanna do that, then set the reg at 2100-2200, put a 4000psi gauge on it and fill to 3400. Then lower velocity back down with meter screw. Yes it can take it. Why? This is trying to compensate for no Plenum space and shutting that valve instead of dwelling it.
For the more experienced, install the 2021 Challenger valve and install the proper length standoff tube from the valve to the regulator. Bazinga , plenum space.
Maybe I’ll have this kit available someday?

I just bought a gauge port and valve from Airgun Revisions, I didn’t see the sleeve listed. Do you have a part number?
