I come to notice that when I de-cock my M4 .25, the probe slightly hits the breech/chamber. My new Impact in .22 doesn’t have this issue… I’ve tried tightening the grub screw for the probe and the hex screw behind the stock but both are tight.

Is your pellet probe and guide rod to cocking block calibrated at 21 centimeters? If not this could be causing your issue.

If the valve block is still bolted to the rail with 4 top bolts I would loosen them and see if it will relax into place also loosen the buttocks and sometimes laying it on a flat bench helps to get everything in line and try slowly tightening
