In order to send someone a Private Message or create a Classified Ad you must have a minimum of 10 quality posts or replies, and be an active member for greater than 10 days.

Oonce you have met the requirements as cited above by @CharlieF making contact is very simple
You are essentially starting a conversation
To do so roll your cursor over the member's avatar and you will see a button "Start Conversation"
Click on it and you are on your way
