It's actually determined by the country of mfg not the country shipping. And the threshold of $800 including shipping being duty free seems to still be gone.

Why can't you just use adjustable scope mounts such as FX or Burris Signature?

Let us know if you find out any more information. I am curious. I doubt the people writing the policy could even answer the question though. lol

I think what you're looking at is £113.62 or $153. I just ordered from Eagle Vision in the UK. they are shipping via Fed Ex and so far, I haven't been notified of any additional fee (brokerage or tariff). I ordered 7 day express for $25 so I'm scheduled to have this Friday. I've read on another thread that UPS adds a brokerage fee for shipments from Europe to US. This isn't what you're looking for but I thought it might be of interest:

Id be shocked if you can't find what you need from a US distributor and skip any risk of additional fees.

An update to my previous post about my UK purchase. I received my moderator with interchangeable caliber inserts from Eagle Vision today. No additional fees were charged

i got a FORM stock from the UK a couple weeks ago, no tariffs were assessed for it.

I just received a HW110K barrel from the UK. No duties or tariffs .
