No but the M4 will be out and the M5 will be in soon enough, it’s the FX way.

I find the iPhone upgrade timeline disappointing. How about just perfecting the m4. How about an fx “impact plan”. Based on mobile provider contract and upgrade plans. I notice many experienced shooters prefer the Mk-2 with the powe block and 720-750 plenums added.

“Hey I know you bought a $2400 air gun that was the cutting edge brand new model 11 months ago. But you’re now behind the times. Try this.”- FX, basically.

So what is this?
Definitely not official FX and doesn't seem like AI to me neither.
Highly customized Impact? It has the wider block like Rowe's HyperBloc100.
No barrel that is clamped on both sides though.

Looks genuine to me.
They might skip the M5 and launch the M6 next year. New 790 plenum and high pro block plus a new magazine. Looks like they have gone back to 2 regulators but with the first regulator externally adjustable. Very interesting.

IF it were real no-one will buy an M4....for that reason I think it's fake.

Here's how I'm confident it's fake. Look at 0:27 into the video and freeze on the block.

It reads:
"Made in USA by FX" - highly doubtful.
"Max pressure 250 bar" - FX is traditionally 250 bar.
"Serial Number" - there is none listed.

I didn't know there were airgun related posts on Truth Social, X and TikTok.

If it's the new Ernest Rowe designed Power Block it is indeed manufactured in the USA. Also, if it's a prototype it wouldn't have a serial number. But still, I think it's fake. If anything I would think a new M5/M6 would be based off the newer style Panthera/DRS style blocks.

At the end of the day it probably doesn't even really matter. The Impact was a hot ticket item in 2019 and everyone had to have one and then screw it up tuning it wrong. It was a unique performer at the time. Now the tech is available on many platforms and there are plenty of options that are more enjoyable to shoot (as a lefty...... .

I think the point of his post was in general, the overall vast majority of posts on these social media platforms are utter stupid drivel. So take them with a grain of salt. The scary thing with these platforms is how many people use them as a legitimate news source.
Who knows if this one is legit. To think FX is not already waaaaay into or mostly done with the next iteration of the impact would be foolish.
