Running a 600mm .22 heavy superior liner 1:16 twist. Hammer spring maxed out and honestly not sure what my reg is at since it leakes everytime I put in gauge. im Shooting 21g javelins at about 900fps. is that sufficient for that slug? I’m only getting one mag though. Any tune suggestions?

This isn't much help but here goes. My gun is not the same tho, I have a Tactical .22 but in 500mm, factory settings and factory pellet liner. So, take this with a grain of salt, but it's what I'm getting. I'm shooting 21 H&N slugs at 810 (yeah, a little slow but they are accurate.) and I'm getting 65 shots. Fill to 230 and refill at 85. The last few shots are between 805 -> 790. So, 60 shots comfortably. If I use 18.3 AEA pellets I get 870 for those 60 shots and still get the last 5 at 860. I guess what I'm saying is that your 600mm barrel and bigger air tube, you should be getting way more shots than 14. I tried putting a gauge in my plenum so that I could read the reg pressure, but I couldn't get my spare mini FX gauge to seat without leaking. I tried Orings and a bonded washer, still leaked, so I gave up and put the plug back in. But, when shooting, I can hear the difference in the shot sound when my gauge hits around 90-ish, that's also when my FPS starts getting lower. Great gun so far, but a little annoying about the plenum gauge issue. If you get your gun figured out, let us know how you tuned it. I'd be curious to see how these tacticals do.

I was shooting AEA 18gr at 895 out of a 600mm .22. Hammer backed down quite a bit and reg at around 95b (no gauge but that’s where it fell of - note that that was a little below the stock tune so turned it down a tiny bit). Got almost 6 mags out of it. Seems like you’re wasting a lot of air, which indicates too much hammer for the current reg.

Oh yeah..spoke with pellet shop today about the plenum gauge. He said to use loctite super glue, wait bout an hour, air back up and will be good
Doesn’t seem right. I think fx makes seals that go behind the gauges. Call Utah or cape fear airguns to try some of those. As far as sufficient speed, your targets will answer that question

^ This. I think there's an oring or bonded washer that will fit the gauge. My bonded washer fit the gauge but it was borrowed from another fitting and it was old. The way the plenum threads are tho, you definitely need something between the face of the plenum and the back of the gauge, you can't seal the end of the gauge threads the way the plenum is threaded. Anyways, let us know how your tune goes once you get it figured out.

I'm just getting back to this PCPGUY. So, your reg pressure is 76bar. What type of shot count and fps are you now getting? With that low of pressure and more cc for your plenum, I can imagine that you've gained some shots - or - have you since adjusted the reg pressure to shoot slugs at your desired fps?
i moved the reg up to 100 and are no getting almost 4 magazines. Here is a ten shot string of 21g Javelins. Spread of 7 and deviation of 2.1
im going to bump everything up tho and use it primarily for the 26g javelins. So I will update on that as well

So, 600mm barrel, 260cc air tube, and a larger plenum and now you are at 975 with 21gr for over 50 shots. Dang, I'd say you found what the gun likes and found a really good tune. That's more than respectable for your setup. FWIW, I did my own calculations for Ft.Lbs with 21gr at 975 and came up with 44+ ft.lbs not the 38 shown above. 44 ft.lbs is nothing sneeze at. That seems super efficient for your DRS, nice!

Thank you! I also have the superior heavy liner in it but yes I really believe the larger plenum is a must have for this platform!
I may go that route as well as far as getting the larger plenum. My 500mm limits me for power and speed with my setup. Mine shoots very well, just at lower power, but 30 ft.lbs is still plenty for everything I want/need.
