N/A Sekhmet guages fed up

I have a Selkhmet gauge on my FX impact mark three, which when I tried to charge it today battery said it was at 20% after leaving it charge for approximately 25 minutes. I went down and looked at it. The battery shows one bar and the gauge is completely stuck. Won’t do anything can’t cancel. It can’t can’t charge it nothing .This is like the second time this gauge has given me a problem. The first time it did something that wouldn’t let it go off of whatever pressure it was on for the price of this gauge I would think it should be much better. I’m half tempted to put the original gauge back on the gun and be done with it. Any ideas as to what could be wrong?
 
If i was ready to chuck it I'd remove the guage, so there's no air pressure, remove the battery and wait a few, then short across the positive and negative contacts with a metallic object before re installing the battery in hopes of clearing its memory. Depending on how it stores it's memory this may not work.

A method I've used on car computers when I didn't have my scan tool. Use this at your own discretion.... Its just an idea.

Funny it's the sekmets that I read about and know people who've had problems. My knockoff chinesium has been flawless and was way cheaper. I bet they're the same factory anyhow.

Is it the fancy one that tells you all kinds of data or the simple one with just pressure readout? The complicated ones I’ve read about having problems with freezing. Steve at AEAC mentions it in his video on it. Look up AEAC vlog on YouTube and I believe it was the fx Maverick review. He mentions how to reset it. Seems like it was just disconnecting the charger and reconnecting it but don’t quote me. That fancy gauge is more of a PIA than anything in my opinion. Got rid of mine and just got the simple one. No problems.
