Tuxing 032, mistake made with rapid depressurization

I have a Tuxing TXEDT032, just purchased last September. It's been working great filling my PCP airguns. Yesterday, I didn't have the filler seated and locked and during a fill, almost to 300, it disconnected and I had a rapid decompression. Since then, the compressor is not developing any pressure. Cooling and motor are running fine, did I blow some kind of decompression valve that I now have to replace? No one was hurt but obviously made a loud noise. I don't know what's going on.
Any help is appreciated.

Run it with dead head plug. See if it resets. Only thing I can think of is check valve gor stuck in the ope position. If not back pressure it with a full tank. Don't turn it on until after you remove the preasure.

This worked! Thank you! I let it cool down thoroughly and ran it with the deadhead plug, worked like a charm. Also replaced the temperature probe in the cylinder head, like many that have commented here, they seem to fall out easily. Finally, my LCD screen is blank, no readings at all.

Chances are the battery on your temp display is dead. You can pop it out of the machine and change the battery.
