Are Taipans difficult to resell?

No, sold 2 years ago and sold in 1 day, and even had multiple offers. Maybe just because it was customized by me, has a gauge on the extended Plenum full lenght CF shroud and has a 600mm .22 FX STX barrel

If asking a ridiculous price, yes.

Most in the $950-1250 range seem to go fast. That range is based on urgency to sell, accessories, and/or how beat up they are.

The ones where guys are asking $1400 or more 🙄 are the adds that get renewed forever. That's more than many of us paid for them brand new.

Have you watched the classifieds in the past year? Everything is hard to resell.
True. I put my .25 Standard in a grey laminate stock in excellent condition up on 2 sites, here and AGW, at $950 shipped. Not even one inquiry so I decided to keep it.

Had to be timing. I think I saw it and figured it would sell before renew time. I have a Taipan and it’s the second oldest survivor in my airgun collection. But they are not a $1k+ used gun. But they are a great used gun as long as it didn’t get abused chasing big power.

Dang I can see why. I wonder if that beats out the fx crown that has been in the classifieds forever.
I believe a few members have mentioned that they probably listed them at a much higher value, only because their wives are likely trying to force them to sell lol.
