FX DRS Custom Wood Stock Development.

A Diamond in the rough ready to come off the CNC. Made from a custom laminate of American Butternut (aka White Walnut) and Granadillo, commonly know as a Mexican Rosewood. We can't wait to get this through sanding and see it with some oil on it.

I have been working on a new stock for my FX DRS for a while as time as allowed. Getting closer to making wood chips on it. One of my development steps is printing the stock design and checking ergonomics and appearance before I CNC program and cut wood. Because of printer size limits the PLA stock is printed in sections and just glued together. It works for what I need it to do.
