Hi I don't have an answer for that sorry but did you try calling AEA for help , I usually just look for it on YouTube, if I can't get help elsewhere, this is kind of funny not at what your going through but I was going to start a thread about how people like shooting thereHi all,

AEA Megalodon 15 Pump Action Air Rifle , I have the AEA HP SS MAX with the pump action on it and it's so much fun , anyway I hope you get some help with your issue

The guys at The Pellet Shop helped me! there is a set screw in the end of the bolt that you back out which then releases the cocking mechanism. I got it apart, but still waiting on the parts that’s the problem
