What pistol did you shoot today

No trouble at all Marker, it's a home built adapter I made. It more than doubled the shot count as the original is only 66cc volume. This one is now at 184cc, the 2nd tank is all empty, no regulator to decrease capacity. Also I put the regulator on a diet, reduced stem diameter and opened up the end caps. I think I posted it in Notos customizing on here.

I am sure the trigger will be no 1 and good optics…the big question would be tank size to small…is it going to be a over under Or a side by side this time?

Hi I was looking for some answers about the Air Venturi microstrike…maybe you already know.. I called them in Ohio talk to a tech he was not too sure so he talked to a guy on the floor ..as it is they are pretty sure that it will come with 2 mags…and they will interchange with the 16 round high capacity Avenger X mags …and they shouldn’t interfere with the Iron sights…those are in stock now…going to order a couple…question for you have you thought about the pressure adjuster on the cylinder?…I thought they were made here..imported from China

Did you find that the barrel axis is not parallel with the top of the 'slide'?
I have fitted a slightly extended 0.177 barrel on one of my HW45's with an M7 to 1/2 UNF adapter in an effort to avoid any clipping problems, but when I put it all together I found this:

I also tried it on my older model and it was so off center with the tapered 'muzzle', it bent the thin part of the barrel down!

I made a cerrosafe cast 2" into the bore and I found it was slightly off center and tapered. I then made a mandrill to maintain alignment with the bore centerline when I install the adapter. It is held in place with acraglass bidding compound as putting a set screw will throw off alignment. Mandrill can be remove when bidding compound cures. Hope this helps. Geno

Not really, but like any external regulator pressure adjuster, you should always degas when lowering output.

Hmm, so would that barrel “tilt” be something that was intended by design or something that varies from one gun to another (loose manufacturing tolerance)?

I don't know if your asking Modski66, but to me it appears to be by design. The barrel is parallel to the lower frame, the rear latch (aka hammer spur) allows some over center clearance. You can push the top rail down and notice the play, if you make it parallel to the top rail, the barrel will drop down when rear latch spring back up. Mine is only about 2 degrees, it is easy to make it parallel with top rail by using ball end mill to cut deeper where the rear barrel clamp is. This will lower the POI, so I just leave it alone.

Where can I learn more about this air Micro strike??? Seems like a cool little gun, If its got the power I may order ,,,
Mike
the internet is your best choice... air gun show video for 2025 ...but I wanted answers that were not available as of yet ...I called Air Venturi in Ohio and spoke to a Tech and he was not sure of the answers that I was looking for ... so he asked someone on the floor that might know...according to him...they should be coming with 2 clips...but he says that the clips are the same design as the Avenger X model which are a high capacity 16 rounds in .22 and should not interfere with the stock sights ...they will have interchangeable barrels so you can change from .177..22..25...and I am sure the market will be flooded with aftermarket 3D parts...I pre-ordered mine 3 months along with a 100k other people...release date as of now is 8/25/25..they keep moving the date further...the gun is made in China and exported here...hope the price doesn't go up because of the Tariff....that's all I have for you

To think the original Beeman/HW plan at the outset of designing the 75 was that the void was there to facilitate silencer fitting. The statement from Beeman reg this no longer an option was the idea had been dropped.
You can certainly see why this was the case.
Sadly HW had sacrificed the original planned barrel length of 8.5 inches down to 7.5 inches for the silencer plan which would have benefitted both guns more.
