N/A Please help Air Leak

Hello everyone, I have a JTS Airacuda and it been leaking air. I replaced 4 O rings in total along the airtime, the plenum, regulator and foster fitting. I've attached a video showing that when you open the coating lever, you can hear air escape the breach. Anyone have an idea on how to fix? Thanks

Probably a broken poppet. Call JTS and ask them to send you a replacement.

I haven't seen an Airacuda, but is the poppet #27 ? https://spares.bagnallandkirkwood.co.uk/jts-airacuda/

Does it seal to #29? Is there an O ring or how do they effect the seal?

Same thing happened to my MAX, here's pic of broken valve. Suspect sharp end of spring digs into plastic valve (design flaw) causing poppet spring to self-tighten till valve breaks. JTS sent new valve, followed 45Bravo's video to replace, but, unaware of design flaw, set to original depth. New valve lasted few mags. JTS sent another, this time I added SS washer between poppet and valve spring and provided longer spacing, so far, so good.

Also, brass fitting (pictured with valve) has two "O" rings, one crumbled to pieces on removal, other was OK. Substandard Chinese "O" rings, uncovered during testing, were supposed to be replaced, think they missed one. MAX comes with spare "O" rings for fitting, make sure to replace. WM

Awesome thanks I'm going to contact JTS and see about getting this part and I also have a washer for it. Can I find this video on Youtube?
