N/A Please help Air Leak

Same thing happened to my MAX, here's pic of broken valve. Suspect sharp end of spring digs into plastic valve (design flaw) causing poppet spring to self-tighten till valve breaks. JTS sent new valve, followed 45Bravo's video to replace, but, unaware of design flaw, set to original depth. New valve lasted few mags. JTS sent another, this time I added SS washer between poppet and valve spring and provided longer spacing, so far, so good.

Also, brass fitting (pictured with valve) has two "O" rings, one crumbled to pieces on removal, other was OK. Substandard Chinese "O" rings, uncovered during testing, were supposed to be replaced, think they missed one. MAX comes with spare "O" rings for fitting, make sure to replace. WM

Awesome thanks I'm going to contact JTS and see about getting this part and I also have a washer for it. Can I find this video on Youtube?

45Bravo posted a series of "how-to" JTS Airacuda MAX videos on YouTube. I've fully documented my two year MAX struggle on this forum, search "Airacuda MAX," in upper right page corner archive search box using , "WorriedMan," in member box, if interested. Feel free to PM. Best of Luck, WM
