for the absolute best Gamo express shot shell reload wads.
They are perfectly 3D printed to fit the empty Gamo plastic shot shell.
I have used hundreds of them.. Best power results for getting bigger shot to penetrate 3/8 inch into a pine 2x4 are with: 7 of #6... (or) 8 of #8 lead shot inside each shell.. & top the shot off with foam from egg cartons punched out with a regular hole puncher.

If noise is a concern, The double shot has no moderator. A friend had a Sumatra in .22, without a moderator it sounded as loud as a .22 magnum.
