Crossman/Benjamin parts ordering change

I have been trying to get some parts from Crossman/Benjamin for a NP Prowler and a NP Trail pistol. Crossman was out of piston seals and told me to call back on May 1st because they were expecting a shipment, them order all the parts at once to save shipping. Called back today to be informed that Gamo (parent company) had a new directive come down on Monday, that for "liability" reasons their parts department was no longer allowed to sell any parts associated with the compression tube. So, Piston seals could only be ordered from authorized repair centers. Of the two they gave me in Texas (none in Oklahoma where I live), neither stocked those parts. Ended up ordering from Archer, in NY
So, I guess now we will have to pay increased cost of tariffs as well as markup from the distributor. Very sad.

Yes this is true. Crosman/Benjamin can not sell compression chamber parts to the public going forward. This also includes PCP. This was a regulation Gamo had put in place when getting into pcp with Daisy some years ago.
Airgun Revisions is a service station and will be pulling in all pcp parts from tubes to all internal parts like valves, gauge blocks, regulators ect, for all pcp models. These will be made available to the public from our website.
As for springers, we will also be getting seals, springs ect for not only Crosman but Gamo as well in the near future.
The Cost to the consumer does not change. Most all pcp parts are made in the US. The only thing that isn’t is the gauges and foster fittings. Service stations have been doing this for a long time. We have discounted pricing. When you buy from Crosman customer service your already paying retail.

i looked around for even a parts diagram on the pistol and came up empty

if i thought Gamo was just miss guided it would be one thing but it is greed that has fueled their stupidity
they feel we as hobbyist are stupid where-as some of us are better smiths then they have in house
the seal as a seal is not dangerous but a seal they can't install and make money off of is bad business to them
